He's got less than three months to be ready for training camp. With Deion Branch (knee surgery) also out indefinitely, rookie Golden Tate and projected reserves Deon Butler, Mike and Reggie Williams will pick up reps. Sports hernia injuries are wildly unpredictable and often reappear after they're "fixed" through surgery. This is no mild problem. We'd stay far away from Houshmandzadeh in fantasy drafts as he enters his age-33 season.
